How to Use Nail Water Decals

1. Cut out your desired design.
2.  Place on a wet sponge and let it sit for a few minutes.
3. You can put the decal on top of a sticky base coat make sure you smooth the decal on the edges.
4.  Make sure you fully cover the decal with get top coat and cure.
